EagleLogin is designed to provide high-performance browser profile isolation, anti-detect fingerprint management, and proxy routing for ethical web operations, quality assurance, multi-account management, and marketing research.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information when you visit our website, use our desktop application, or interact with our control plane API.

2. The Zero-Knowledge Principle (What We DO NOT Collect)

To ensure absolute user privacy and data security, EagleLogin operates on strict zero-knowledge principles:

• No Browsing History: We do NOT monitor, record, log, or store URLs you visit, search queries you make, or content you consume within your browser profiles.
• No Profile Data Interception: Cookies, local storage, browser cache, and IndexedDB files generated within your isolated Chromium profiles are stored locally on your machine. We do NOT inspect or analyze this data.
• No Proxy Traffic Logging: Proxy configurations you apply route network traffic directly between your client machine and your designated proxy gateway. EagleLogin servers never act as a man-in-the-middle for your profile traffic.
• No Keystroke or Form Logging: We never log or record data submitted inside browser profiles.

3. Information We Collect & Why

We only collect the minimum information strictly necessary to provide and authenticate our service:

• Account Registration Data: Your email address and a cryptographically salted and hashed password (minimum 12 characters, hashed with bcrypt). We never store plaintext passwords.
• Subscription & Quota Records: Information regarding your active subscription plan (e.g., Free Trial, Starter, Basic, Team), profile allowance limits, and expiration dates.
• Cryptocurrency Payment Identifiers: For subscription upgrades via USDT or cryptocurrency, we record the user-submitted transaction hash (TXID) solely to verify and approve payment on the blockchain. We do not process or store credit card numbers.
• System Telemetry & Error Logs: Basic server diagnostic logs (such as HTTP response codes and timestamp of API requests) used solely to maintain infrastructure uptime and prevent abuse.

4. Local Profile Storage vs. Optional Cloud Sync

Each profile configured in EagleLogin utilizes an isolated --user-data-dir directory residing on your local computer's disk storage.

If you choose to utilize the optional Cloud Profile Sync feature to transfer profile state between workstations:

• Profile archives are packaged into compressed ZIP files and transmitted over secure TLS 1.3 encrypted connections.
• Archives are subject to strict per-user storage caps (e.g., 50 MB archive quotas) and SHA-256 checksum integrity verification.
• You retain complete control to delete synchronized profile archives from the cloud control plane at any time.

5. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our public website uses only strictly necessary first-party authentication tokens (stored via local storage) to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers or sell personal data to data brokers.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your information:

• All communications between client applications and our control plane are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
• Database credentials and storage directories are safeguarded behind strict server access rules.
• Inactive or deleted user accounts have their associated configuration profiles, tokens, and records purged in accordance with our data retention schedules.

Regardless of your geographic location, EagleLogin honors fundamental privacy rights:

• Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your account details at any time.
